Challenging the letter dated 23/09/2016 - Exhibit 'I' issued by respondents, the petitioners have filed this Petition. Learned Counsel appearing for respondents submits that the petitioners have been asked to appear before the respondents for hearing and the hearing is fixed on 26/10/2016. 2.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, we dispose of this Petition by directing the respondents to supply copy of the letter 1/2

922.wp 12002.16.doc dated 29/04/2016 referred to in the impugned letter dated 23/09/2016 along with other relevant documents to the petitioner on or before 24/10/2016. On receipt of the same, the petitioners shall appear before the respondents along with written submissions at 11.00 a.m.. The respondents shall give opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and thereafter pass reasoned order in regard to the impugned communication as expeditiously as possible, but not later than a week from the date of hearing.
