The learned counsel for the Appellant seeks stay of the judgment and award dated 8th March, 2013 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in M.A.C.T. No. 956 of 2005. He submits that the Appellant is ready to deposit the entire compensation along with the interest accrued thereon.

Subject to depositing the entire amount of compensation along with the interest accrued Vishal 1 of 3

thereon within eight weeks, stay is granted till 2nd December, 2015 pending admission.

The statutory amount which is deposited in this Court is to be sent to the Tribunal.

Accordingly, the Civil Application No. 2004 of 2015 stands disposed of.
