The applicants were served with a notice under section 41A, pursuant to C.R. No. 604 of 2022, registered with Malad Police Station.

The learned APP make a statement on instructions of Investigating Officer that the applicants had reported to him and their statements are recorded during the course of investigation and their custodial interrogation is not necessary. In the wake of the above the following order is passed.

(a) In the event of arrest, Applicant No.1- Ramsurat Mukhi Yadav, Applicant No.2- Amod Ramsurat Yadav shall be released on bail in connection with C.R.No.604 of 2022 registered with Malad Police Station on furnishing P.R. Bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(b) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer, and applicants shall not tamper with evidence. (c) The applicants shall make themselves available as and when required by the Investigating Officer. ( SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.) Ashish Mhaske
