Heard the learned counsel Mr. Sabrad for the Petitioners. After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition, the Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file afresh for fresh cause of action based on the Commissioner's Report.
