This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring the appeal challenging the judgment and award passed by learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Islampur on 30th May, 2017 in Motor Accident Claims Petition No. 87 of 2014. The delay is of 2 days for filing the appeal. The notice on this application was issued and the sole non-applicant Suhas Pandurang Mane has put his appearance through advocate Shri Shelke.

Heard learned counsel Shri Ugle for the applicant and Shri Shelke for the respondent. Though the application is opposed by Shri 1/2

7-CAF-3693-17 Shelke, for the reasons stated in the application I am of the view that the applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay. Resultantly I allow the application. The delay caused in lodging the appeal is condoned. The application is disposed of. Registry is directed to register the appeal.
