P.C.:- Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that, Order impugned herein is passed below Exh-5 in dispute No.CC/II04 of 2017 dated 20th March, 2017 by the learned Co-operative Court No.2, Mumbai. He submitted that, during the pendency of present Petition, the said dispute itself has been dismissed for non prosecution by the concerned Court. He submitted that, therefore as of today, nothing survives in the present Petition and seeks leave to withdraw it unconditionally. Leave granted.

Writ Petition is disposed off, as withdrawn.
