Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, the Applicant would be depositing the entire decreetal amount in the Tribunal within a period of three weeks from today.

Hence, the stay is granted to the execution of the 'Decree', subject to deposit of the entire decreetal amount in the Tribunal within a period of three weeks from today, failing which the stay to stand automatically vacated without any further reference to the Court. 4.

Civil Application is disposed off.
