After these petitions were heard for considerable time, the learned Counsel for petitioner states that the petitioner would be satisfied if directions are issued to the Deputy Collector to dispose of URS

2 WP 10131-15 @ Other WPs.doc-P-15, P-16 & P-19 the revision petitions filed by the petitions against order dated 04/09/2014 made by the Sub-Divisional Officer, condoning the delay. 3.

Accordingly, the Deputy Collector (Appeal), Mumbai Suburban District, Bandra, Mumbai, to dispose of the revision petitions instituted by the petitioner in accordance with law and on their own merits. The Deputy Collector (Appeal) is directed to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of three months from the petitioner producing an authenticated copy of this order.

Needless to add that in disposing of the Revision Applications, the Deputy Collector shall issue notice to the respondents and afford both, the petitioner as well as the respondents, opportunity of hearing.
