Learned counsel for the petitioner in all writ petitions, on instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw all three petitions with liberty to apply for enhancement of compensation under Section 64 of the Right to
ppn 2 501, 502 & 47. wp-491.23 & ors.doc Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. She states that such claim would be filed within two weeks from today. Statement is accepted. 2.
Writ petitions are disposed off as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. If any applications for compensation are filed by the petitioners, an endeavour shall be made by the competent authority to dispose of such claim within six months from the date of the petitioners making such applications. All contentions of both the parties are kept open. This Court has not expressed any view on the entitlement of the claim of the petitioners for trees on the land of the petitioners which was under acquisition.
