DATE : 13.01.2015 P.C.:- By this Petition, the Petitioners seek a direction to the Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 to decide the representations made by them on 23.01.2013. It is informed to this Court by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that by an order dated 1.8.2012 the writ petition filed by the Petitioners, bearing no.42128/2012, this Court had directed the Respondent nos. 3 to 5 to decide the representations filed by the Petitioners. It is stated that though the representations are filed on 23.1.2013, the same are not decided till date.

We are afraid that the relief sought by the Petitioners cannot be granted in this Petition as the same stands granted by the order dated 1/2

dgm 2 46-wp-10833-14.sxw 1.8.2012 in Writ Petition No.42128/2012. If the Respondent Nos. 3 and 5 are not obeying the orders of this Court, the Petitioners have other remedies, however, successive Petitions cannot be filed for seeking the relief that stands granted.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed with no order as to costs.
