applicant has already been released on bail by the Special court on 24th November 2015, as the investigating agency has not been able to complete the investigation within the period stipulated by subclause (i) of Clause (a) of the first proviso to sub-section (2) of Section 167 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The learned APP does not dispute the correctness of this claim. As such, nothing survives in the present application, which stands disposed of.
