At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application, as charge-sheet has been filed in the said case, with liberty to file a fresh application before the appropriate Court, after filing of charge-sheet.

Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

It is made clear, that this application has not been heard on merits and if an application for regular bail, after filing of charge-sheet, the learned Judge to decide the same on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application.
