Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the notices were issued to Respondent No. 1 and Respondent No.2 but these notices could not be served on them as they did not found on given address. Hence, requests to allow the Application.

Bailiff's Report shows that Respondent No.1 was not found on given address, so Bailiff affixed notice on the door of house of Respondent No.1. Bailiff's Report in respect of Respondent No.2 shows that Respondent No.2 could not be traced on given address.
