Heard learned counsel for the Applicant 2.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that the Registrar Judicial-II by order dated 17 December 2021 has disposed of the Interim Application filed by the Applicant, as the Applicant has not supplied copies within stipulated time.

The learned counsel for the Applicant further submit that he has not supplied the copies neither deliberately nor intentionally but the same was due to non-availability of the papers for removal of the office objection, hence requested to allow the Application. 4.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Applicant and the reasons mentioned in the Application the Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a) and (b). The Application is disposed of.
