As far as the grant of amendment to the extent of prayer clause (A) is concerned, since the same is not objected, it stands allowed.

As regards remaining prayers are concerned, it is made clear that the Co-operative Court shall be sensitive to the order passed by this Court on 30th January, 2018 in BGP.

Writ Petition No.2243 of 2014. The statement made by the respondent Nos.5 and 6 that the cross-examination of the disputant No.4 shall be concluded in any case within period of six weeks from the day of hearing scheduled in Dispute Application No.CC II/20 of 2009.

As far as the rest of the prayers in the application are concerned, it shall be open for the applicant to take out such prayer before the Co-operative Court, which may be dealt with in accordance with law. 5.

Re-verification in support of the amendment is dispensed with.

The interim application as such stands disposed of.
