Parties are present with their respective counsel and state that FIR registered on 18th January, 2016, under Sections 498A, 406, 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code should be quashed and set aside. 2.
Respondent No.2 - Complainant with her Advocate points out that an affidavit on these lines is already tendered on record on 12th October, 2018. Today, she has reiterates the contents. She informs this Court that
2/2 9-apl.1216.2016.doc she is working as a Teacher. Deed of Divorce dated 12th October, 2018, drawn on stamp paper of Rs.100/- is also shown to us. It is produced by Respondent No.2. We direct Respondent No.2 to produce on record its copy.

Respondent No.2's father - Abdul Majeed Dabir is present in Court and we have asked him whether anything was paid at the time of divorce. He states that he does not want anything and wants the matter to be finished.

In view of this express statement, we accept the joint request and make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). 5.
Consequently, charge-sheet, if filed, is also quashed and set aside.
