1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that advertisement was issued for filling up 19 posts of Peon (Group D). The petitioner had filed application in pursuance of the advertisement but subsequently no steps were taken in the selection process. Learned AGP submits that even process charges were not paid by the petitioner. No further steps were taken. After the advertisement, policy decision was taken by the State Government for filling up the posts by outsourcing. The advertisement was issued in the year 2012. No further steps were undertaken pursuant to the advertisement. After lapse of 5 years, it would not be possible now to direct them to complete the recruitment process. In light of that, Writ Petition is disposed of.
