P.C.:- Mr. Mundargi, the learned counsel for the Applicants submitted that, the parties herein are resolved the issue amicably and have entered into consent terms dated 21st June 2018. He tendered across the bar, said consent terms dated 21st June 2018. The same are duly signed by the respective parties and their signatures have been identified by the respective Advocates. The undertakings mentioned in the said consent terms are accepted as undertakings given to this Court.

In view of the consent terms dated 21st June 2018, the interim relief granted by this Court on 5th October, 2017 is confirmed. 1/2

It is made clear that, if the Applicants failed to honour the undertakings mentioned in the consent terms and given to this Court, the first informant is at liberty to file an Application for cancellation of bail.
