3] The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 21st August 2017 made by the Competent Authority under Section 24 read with Section 43 of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999 (said Act) . 4] As against the impugned order, the petitioner, has an alternate and efficacious remedy of instituting a revision application in terms of Section 44(2) of the said Act. Even the period of limitation for institution of such revision application is yet to expire. Accordingly, there is no reason to entertain the present petition. This petition is therefore, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy available under Section 44 (2) of the said Act. (M. S. SONAK, J.)7 1/1
