P.C. :- P.C. :- That vide order dated 11.10.2017, the Petitioner was granted two weeks' time to furnish bank guarantee in the sum of Rs.5 Crores from a Nationalised Bank and the direction was given to the Registry to accept the bank guarantee, even if, the same is furnished during the Diwali vacations. This order was uploaded on 13.10.2017. Two weeks' time is expiring on 25.10.2017. The Appellate Court would resume from Monday, i.e., 23.10.2017. The Petitioner seeks extension of a week's time for furnishing bank guarantee as directed by this Court in terms of paragraph 14 of the Shivgan
