Learned advocate for the applicant submits that after conviction, the applicant has been dismissed from services. This Court, by order dated 14th March, 2016, had directed that the present Appeal and the companion Appeal viz. Criminal

(i) Criminal Appeal No.353 of 2010 and connected criminal Appeal No.334 of 2010, may be added to the Final Hearing Board dated 7th March, 2022;

(ii) Interim Application No.2975 of 2021, stands disposed of accordingly.
