The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has filed review of the order partly allowing the revision of the Petitioner. In the said revision, the order of dismissal against the Petitioner was set aside and the Petitioner was reinstated. The Petitioner has filed the review immediately in the year 2003 but the same is not yet decided. 2.

In case the Petitioner has filed review as claimed in the prayer clauses, the authority can decide the same, and if the same is not yet decided then the authority shall take decision upon it on its own merits in accordance with law.
