Heard for some time. The learned counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition, as the Petitioners intend to avail of the remedy before the State Government, under S. 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with no order as to costs. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into rival contentions of the parties on merits.
