By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 58 days in filing civil application and prays for bringing legal heirs of the respondent no.8 on record. No affidavit in reply is filed by any of the respondents though served. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.
