The order dated 19.08.2015 rejecting the application Exh.26 filed by the Petitioners herein for the impleadment of the National Highway Authority as a party Defendant is taken exception to by way of the above Petition. The said application is rejected on the ground that having regard to the reliefs claimed in the suit namely injunction, the National Highway Authority is neither a necessary nor a proper party to the suit. Hence, no case for interference in the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. [R.M. SAVANT, J] BGP
