Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.190 of 2021 registered with Turbhe Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 395 of the IPC and Sections 3 and 25 of the Arms Act.

The earlier pre-arrest bail application was heard and disposed of as withdrawn on 16th November, 2021 as this Court on merit was not inclined to grant bail.

The present application is taken out and sought to be argued again on merits on the very same material as was existing earlier. No subsequent developments after earlier order was passed BGP.

by this Court on 16th November, 2021 are demonstrated. Apart from above, after 16th November, 2021, applicant has not approached the Court below.

In the aforesaid background and having regard to the fact that there are no new developments after 16th November, 2021 when the earlier application was rejected, I hardly see any reason to reconsider the application for grant of pre-arrest bail on the ground that applicant is lawyer by profession. No case for grant of prearrest bail is made out. 5.

The application as such stands rejected.
