Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application for cancellation of pre-arrest bail granted to the respondent Nos. 2 to 7 by the Court of Session by an order dated 16th August, 2023 in connection with C.R. No. 209 of 2023 registered with NRI police station for the offences punishable under sections 498-A, 323, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1908.

I have perused the allegations in the first information report and the order passed by the Court of Session. 4.

Adequate reasons are ascribed for grant of pre-arrest bail. The genesis of the offences is in matrimonial dispute between the applicant and respondent No. 2. It would be suffice to note that cancellation of bail stands on a different footing than initial order of Vishal Parekar ...1
