A request is made for dispensing the condition of furnishing the sureties. It is stated that the applicant is not in a position to furnish the sureties as he is a resident of Jharkhand. The applicant has already furnished cash bail. 2.

Considering the nature of the accusations, I am not inclined to accept this request. However, I propose to modify the condition regarding furnishing of the P.R. bond to Rs.10,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. 3.

In this view of the matter, time to furnish surety has been extended by 10 weeks from today.
