The Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is invoked against the order dated 19.08.2015 Passed by the Learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Daund, District Pune, by which order the application Exh.46 filed by the Respondent No.2 herein for his impleadment in the suit came to be allowed. The said impleadment is allowed on the ground that the name of the Applicant i.e. Respondent No.2 is appearing in the 7/12 extract of the Gat No.231. In my view, having regard to the said fact the order passed by the Trial Court allowing the impleadment of the Respondent No.2 as a party Defendant No.2 cannot be found fault with having regard to the principles applicable to the consideration of an application under Order I Rule 10 of the CPC, no case for interference in the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is therefore made out. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. [R.M. SAVANT, J] BGP
