Advocate Savita Prabhune appearing for the Petitioners, at the outset, fairly points out that by order which is impugned in the present petition dated 20th August, 2016 Deputy Commissioner Land Report Baramati was appointed as Court Commissioner for measurement of entire Gut No. 299 and 231 situated at Wanewadi, Tal. Baramati and the said Court Commissioner has already complied with the impugned order and submitted his report before the learned Trial Court. Thus, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

It is needless to clarify that the Petitioner can raise objection to the report of the Commissioner, if so advised. 3.
