The said statement is accepted. 2] In view thereof, the Order dated 15th September 2017 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai in Criminal Appeal No.507 of 2017 is hereby quashed and set aside and the Order dated 31st July 2017 passed in M.A. No.1418 of 2017 is revived.
