The petition is filed for direction to the respondents to register the FIR in respect of the grievance made by the petitioner in the complaint. It is not in dispute that the petitioner's grievance made in the said complaint was looked into and police come to the conclusion that the dispute is of civil nature. The said decision is communicated to the petitioner by the Sr. Inspector of Police, Chembur Police Station, Mumbai vide its letter dated 17.11.2012. Uday S. Jagtap

The Petitioner thereafter approached this court in the year 2014, after the laps of 2 years.

Therefore, we are not inclined to interfere in the Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, especially when the petitioner has an alternative remedy available in law. 4.
