The above Civil Application has been filed seeking the relief that the Respondents should be restrained from creating any third party interest or to mortgage or to alienate the suit property bearing land Survey No.211, Gat No.1217 admeasuring 2 Hector 47 R situated at village Khatav, Taluka Khatav, District Satara. The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent No.1 Shri. P. B. Shah on instructions of the son of BGP.
CAW-2757-14.doc 05.05.2015 the Respondent No.1 Shri. Ajit Inamdar makes a statement that the Petitioner is interested in getting a crop loan and not interested in mortgaging or alienating the suit property. The said crop loan is taken on the basis of the government schemes which are applicable. Hence, by accepting the above statement made on behalf of the Respondent No.1, the above Civil Application to stand disposed of. Since the Respondent No.1 is 87 years of age and since the Petition is of the year 2000, it would be just and proper to expedite the hearing of the above Petition. List the Petition for final hearing in the week commencing 22nd June, 2015 to be shown at the appropriate place on the final hearing board with liberty to the parties to apply.
