For the reasons stated in the order dated 26/10/2016, interim relief granted in favour of the applicant deserves to be confirmed. Hence, the following order.

O R D E R

(i) In the event of arrest of the applicant in CR No. 211/2015 registered with Sahakarnagar Police Station, Pune the applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond of Rs. 15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like ism

(ii) Applicant shall report to the concerned police station on first Sunday of each month, commencing from 18/12/2016 till the filing of the charge-sheet. (iii) Application stands disposed of.
