Mr. Dande has tendered the consent terms dated 15.01.2015 filed by the parties before the Family Court, Bandra in Petition No.A-1066 of 2010. He submitted that in terms of the consent terms, the parties have amicably settled the dispute. The consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. In view thereof, he seeks permission to withdraw this Petition.
