The applicant was granted protection in respect of warrant issued against him at Jalgaon. The application was preferred for transit anticipatory bail. It is submitted that the applicant is terminally ill and could not approach the Court within the stipulated time. Learned APP submitted that sufficient time was granted to him. The warrant was issued by the Court at Jalgaon and this Court extended the time to approach the Court. The time granted by this Court is expired. The advocate for applicant also submitted that the warrant issued was in the matter of Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. Considering the submissions, time to approach the competent Court seeking appropriate order in accordance with order dated 27th July 2018 is extended by three weeks from today.
