After arguing for some time, learned Counsel for the Petitioners on instructions from Petitioner No.1 who is present in person, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to the Petitioners to challenge the order passed by the Administrator and Divisional Commissioner, Konkan Division, Mumbai, before the Grievance Committee/Appellate Authority.

With the aforesaid liberty, petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.

In case, the Petitioners file the Appeal within one month, the same shall not be dismissed by the Appellate Authority on the ground of delay and shall decide on its own merits. 4.
