Heard. This Application is for restoration of Civil Application No.466/2014 which was dismissed against Respondent Nos.3,4,6,9,13 and 15 vide conditional order dated 26/11/2014 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II). 2.

The learned counsel for the Respondents makes a statement that they have no objection if Civil Application is allowed. He further submits that he already filed vakalatnama on behalf of these Respondents.

Delay in making the Civil Application is condoned.

b.

Order dated 26/11/2014 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside. c.

Civil Application No.466/2014 is restored against Respondent Nos.3,4,6,9,13 and 15.

d.

The learned counsel for these Respondents waives service in Civil Application No.466/2015 for these Respondents.
