Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. In view averments made in the application, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), subject to condition that if requisite number of copies for effecting service on unserved respondents are not yet furnished, the same be furnished within three weeks from today. If copies are supplied, notice be issued to the unserved respondents, returnable on 30th November 2018. If copies are not supplied within the stipulated period, the order of dismissal shall stand.
