Since on completion of investigation of C.R. No. 769 of 2021 registered with Samtanagar Police Station on 13/11/2021. The investigation is complete and charge-sheet has been filed against the arrested accused. The Investigating Officer Mr. Pushpak Ingale, PI, Samtanagar Police Station is present in the court make a statement that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.

The learned APP would however submit that the injured has sustained Nasal and Orbital Fracture and suffered Multiple

2/3 ABA 2815.22.doc abrasions over back and cuts over lips and the role of the applicant which surfaces through the charge-sheet is of assaulting the victim by fist and blows and therefore he must be directed to report to the Police station and render his cooperation. Accepting the aforesaid statement, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail in the event of his arrest, subject to the stipulation that he shall report to the Investigating Officer and render his co-operation.

: ORDER :

(a) Application is allowed.

(b) In the event of his arrest, Applicant Pradeep Mahendra Singh shall be released on bail in connection with C.R.No. 769 of 2021, registered with Samtanagar Police Station on furnishing P.R. Bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. (c) The applicant shall report to the concerned Police Station from 17/10/2022 to 19/10/2022 between 2:00 p.m to 5:00 p.m and thereafter as and when directed.

3/3 ABA 2815.22.doc (d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer, and applicant shall not tamper with evidence.
