The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, this Court has directed to the trial Court to dispose of the trial, yet trial has not been concluded. The Presiding Officer in whose Court the trial was pending is retired and there is no progress of N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that, the stage of trial is for evidence of Investigating Officer. 4.

Considering the submission of the learned APP, the PDJ, Pune is requested to transfer this matter to other Special Court. Trial Court is requested to dispose of it as early as possible preferably within six months from the receipt of this order. 5.
