Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that after the order dated 27th August 2014, the Respondent No.4 had personally approached the Bank Authority and had called for certain information in respect of the amount due from him. Thereafter, the Respondent No.4 did not turn up for making payment towards loan amount. Respondent No.4 is not present in the Court.

Learned AGP shall instruct the employer to make suitable deduction from the salary drawn by the Respondent No.4 from January 2015 onwards.

wp.10602-2012 The Petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law as regards the Recovery Certificate issued in their favour. Writ Petition is disposed of.
