Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this Civil Application the Applicant is seeking permission to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased Sole Appellant Aziz Abdulla Chunawala, who died on 13.09.2014. Civil Application is filed on 14.10.2014 i.e. within time.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

Hence, following order is passed:

55 caf 3907-14=.odt a) Applicant is permitted to bring the legal heirs on record of decease Appellant in First Appeal No. 1906 of 2013 on or before 22.11.2019, failing which Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

b) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time, Applicant is directed to serve the amended copy of First Appeal on other side immediately thereafter.

c) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

d) No order as to costs.
