This is an application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for bail in C.R. No. 369 of 2016 dated 26.08.2016 registered with V.P. Road Police Station, Mumbai under Sections 366(A), 370(1) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, under Sections 4 and 5 of the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act, 1956 and under Sections 4, 8 and 17 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP. Perused the charge­sheet.

It is the prosecution case against the Applicant that the Applicant was working on the direction of absconding accused Virendra as an agent of victim ladies who were indulging into the vocation of prostitution at Sai Shraddha Guest House, Khetwadi. The record indicates that the other accused who was also Sneha Chavan 1/2

41 ba 2255-17=.doc acting as an agent of the victim ladies has been released on bail by this Court. In view of the above, the Applicant is entitled to be released on bail on the ground of parity.

Hence, the following order:­ i) The applicant be released on bail in C.R. No. 369 of 2016 dated 26.08.2016 registered with V.P. Road Police Station, Mumbai on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/­ with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount. ii) After his release from jail, the applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.

iii) The applicant shall also attend all the dates before the Trial Court. iv) The Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.
