Counsel for the petitioner states that he is awaiting written instructions from the client. According to him the final approval under MCOCA has been rejected and chargesheet is only for IPC offences. Learned APP is seeking time to verify the facts. However, accepting the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and keeping all contentions of the petitioner open, we dispose of the petition. Needless to mention that it is open to the petitioner to take recourse to other remedies which are available in law.
