In view of the recent decision of the Supreme Court in Hindustan Construction Company Ltd. & Anr. vs. Union of India & Ors. in Writ Petition (Civil) No.1074 of 2019 dated 27 November 2019 striking down Section 87 of the Arbitration Amendment Act 2019, in my opinion, nothing would survive in this review petition. It is accordingly disposed of. 2.
