WP12186.13.sxw JUDGMENT (PER B.P.COLABAWALLA J.) :- 1.
Rule. Respondents waive service. By consent of parties, rule made returnable forthwith and heard finally. 2.
It is common ground before us that the facts and law to be considered in these Writ Petitions are similar to Writ Petition No.37 of 2014 (Balkrishna Industries Ltd. v/s Union of India and others). It is also common ground that the decision in Writ Petition No.37 of 2014 would govern the outcome of these Writ Petitions. 3.
By our judgment and order pronounced today in Writ Petition No.37 of 2014, we have dismissed the said Writ Petition. Accordingly and for the reasons set out in our judgment in Writ Petition No.37 of 2014, in these Petitions also rule is discharged and the above Writ Petitions are dismissed. However, in the facts and circumstances of the case, we leave the parties to bear their own costs.
