Pursuant to the order dated 1st July, 2016 passed by this court, Shri P.L.Joshi, former District and Sessions Judge has filed statement of disclosure in terms of section 11(8) read with section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The disclosure filed by the learned proposed arbitrator is taken on record and is accepted. There is no dispute that the arbitration agreement exist between the parties.

Shri P.L.Joshi, former District and Sessions Judge having his office at 404, E-9, Runwal Estate, Ghodbander Road, Thane (West) - 400 607 is appointed as a sole arbitrator.

Arbitration petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
