This is second Bail Application. The applicant/accused is facing charges under Sections 302, 341, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code in C.R. No. 326 of 2016 registered with Akluj Police Station, District- Solapur. First Bail Application was rejected by this Court on 6th March, 2017.

The learned APP for the respondent/State informs the Court that the Supreme Court has also rejected the application for bail by order dated 18th April,2017.

The learned Counsel for the applicant/accused submits that she wants to produce certain documents especially CCTV footage panchnama and the photographs.
