Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. Learned Counsel, however, submits that having regard to the age of the applicant and the period of incarceration, the trial may be expedited. 3.

The submission is justifiable.

The learned Sessions Judge seized with Sessions Case arising out of C.R.No.444 of 2022 is requested to make an endeavour to commence and conclude the trial in the said case, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order. 5.

With the aforesaid direction, the application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
